We take care of every detail for your group, from a few people to several hundred, including:

Outdoor Shooting:
Shotgun for Trap, Skeet, and Sporting Clays
- 25, 50 or 100 clay target programs are available, with ammunition and eye & ear protection.
- Guns are provided or you are welcome to bring your own.
- A safety briefing and a Range Safety Officer (assigned to the group at all times.)
Multiple trap fields work well with any group size; each trap field accommodates up to five shooters at one time. Our Sporting Clays course accommodates many group sizes; with up to 6 shooters on a team.
Cost is $65 p/p, for 50 trap targets, with additional rounds including ammunition at $15. Cost is $80 p/p, for 50 Sporting Clays targets, with additional rounds including ammunition at $15.
Indoor Range: Rifle & Pistol Shooting
- Our 6 lane indoor pistol range can be rented for your group at $175 per hour which also includes eye & ear protection and a group safety briefing. The range is available outside of business hours for $200 per hour.
- A Range Safety Officer is available for non-experienced groups at $35 per hour.
- Firearms are available for rental, and ammunition and targets are available for purchase. We are happy to provide estimates.
Catering
Black Wing has the ability to cater in a variety of food. Our menu choices range from simple snack trays to elaborate hog roasts and everything in between. Please call for pricing details.
Federal Hall Banquet Room
Our banquet room is available for your event, with the ability to cater a variety of food. Federal Hall can accomodate up to 100 guests and the rental fee for Federal Hall is $300 per day, including tables and chairs.
Tent Rental
Should you desire an outdoor atmosphere, our large tent rental is $200 per day and can accomodate up to 70 guests.
Meeting Rooms
Meeting rooms are available and can accomodate small and large groups, with a maximum of 100 guests. The small meeting room rental is $175 per day and can accomodate up to 25 people. The large meeting room rental is $225 and can accomodate up to 50 people. We also offer coffee and food service, in our meeting rooms.
In addition, the following are available:
- TV/VCR/DVD: $25 per day
- LCD Projector: $75 per day
- Free Internet Wi-Fi
Payment
Black Wing accepts cash, personal and company checks, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
Deposit: 50% of the expected total cost is required at least 15 days prior to the scheduled event and is credited toward the total cost of the outing and payment. The balance is due on the day of the event.
Cancellation/Reschedule: If the outing is cancelled and/or rescheduled at least 10 days prior to the event date, the entire deposit will be refunded or reapplied toward a future event. If notice is not provided and/or the event is cancelled within ten days of the event, the deposit is forfeited.
Corporate gift certificates are available as well as corporate promotional gifts for your event.
